Whenever possible, we try to support our bounty of local produce here in the Rogue Valley, and often utilize local fruit in our seasonal baked goods.
From saffron to wildcrafted violet essence and rose water, we use exotic & specialty flavors to add that extra special pizazz to our products.
We use organic spices, including cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg & star anise to add depth and flavor to our baked goods.
Nothing beats the zesty zing of fresh citrus! We use organic citrus that adds bright flavors to our baked goods. We zest and juice fresh for optimal taste and flavor.
We make our own baking powder, free from cornstarch.
What's the difference between ghee and cultured ghee? Cultured ghee is made from yogurt rather than milk, which is much better for those who are very sensitive to dairy.
A delicious and nutritious superfood, organic coconut oil adds delectable base and subtle flavor to our vegan & gluten-free baked goods.
We do our best to use minimal packaging when possible and sustainable packaging when necessary. We use compostable tea bags lined with cellulose from Mountain Rose Herbs, as well as cellulose bags to package our in-store individual cookies.
We love color! And we love finding natural ways to bring out beautiful colors in our products. We use ingredients like butterfly pea powder, spirulina and other spices to add a pop of color.
A touch of salt makes all the difference! Not all salts are equal, and that's why we chose to use flaked, artisan seal salt for our products.
